| Q.
Why is our society growing fatter?
A. We eat too much and move too little.
The culprits are calories, technology, genetics and poor
learned eating behaviors. The answer is NOT related to one specific
food categories (protein, fats or carbohydrates), rather all of
them. We eat too many processed carbs, to little lean proteins,
and too much saturated and trans fats!!!
