What is the best type of exercise for me?
The answer that I give is always the same, "Choose the one that fits into your lifestyle and that you enjoy doing." It doesn't matter if it's a stationary bike, an aerobic walk after work, or a type of stairmaster, it's got to be something that you will stick with over the long haul. Exercise will help you lose weight faster, but just as importantly, it helps relieve stress, gives you a feeling of well-being, lowers your blood pressure, helps maintain bone density and increases the good cholesterol (HDL).

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.
Humans have a very poor thirst mechanism. We are always dehydrated. When you feel thirsty - you are overdehydrated.

Drink at least 8 large (8 oz) glasses of water each day. Add 1 for each cup of coffee or soda, and for each meal. Add 1 glass 1 hour before and immediately after exercise. Add 1/2 glass (4 oz). every 15 minutes during exercise.

Staying hydrated will help curb your appetite, and may assist in weight loss!

IF you do not think you're well hydrated, then please ask us about REHYDRATION, a liquid tincture you can add to your water - and you'll feel more energetic, and you'll be much more hydrated than you thought possible.

pH - your pH value must be 6.4-7.0 - too high or too low shows signs of dehydration, and prevents your body from optimal nutrient absorption - (and much much more - including being more susceptible to infection!!)
