Re-cook 1 part rice in 2 parts water.
When the rice is mushy (about 10-15 mins), add more water
if needed and sprinkle in milk substitute to thicken.
It will begin to acquire the texture of oatmeal. Add sea
salt to taste. Top with raw nuts if desired.
You can make a lot and store in the refrigerator
for 2-3 days.
