Lemon and Pesto Halibut
 

Marinate Halibut or other allowed fish steak in juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper and 2 tbsp fresh chopped basil for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to broil and bake for 10 minutes on each side. Garnish with leftover lemon, pine nuts and basil sprigs.
