Healthy Sports Repletion Drink
 


Would you like a healthy alternative to Gatorade and Powerade; one that’s free of
sugar and corn syrup? Try this recipe below for full electrolyte
replacement plus vitamin C and bioflavonoids!

  • 8 oz organic juice, such as apple
  • 8 oz filtered water
  • 1/8 tsp unrefined sea salt, such as Premier Pink Salt or Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vitamin C powder, such as C + Bio Fizz

Combine all ingredients and shake well. Can be stored for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Items in BOLD available at CNW.
