- 1/3 cup pure water 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/8 cup fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves
- 3/4 cup cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil 2 to 3
garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/3 cup raw pine nuts 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend
until smooth. Pour into a serving bowl. Using a ladle, remove
and discard any foam that settles to the top.
