Sesame Crusted Veggie Brown Rice Burgers
 
  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame oil\Raw green veggies of choice
  • Sesame seeds (black or brown)
  • 1-2 eggs (make mixture thick and sticky but not hard)

In a food processor, bring together rice, veggies and eggs. With wet hands form "burgers" and bread them in sesame seeds. Brush sesame oil on pan and bake rice cakes @ 350 degrees for 30 min.
