- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp Sesame oil\Raw green veggies of choice
- Sesame seeds (black or brown)
- 1-2 eggs (make mixture thick and sticky but not hard)
In a food processor, bring together rice, veggies and eggs.
With wet hands form "burgers" and bread them in
sesame seeds. Brush sesame oil on pan and bake rice cakes
@ 350 degrees for 30 min.
