- 2 Firm apples
- 1 Small handful of cranberries (dried or fresh) or other
fruits/berries
- 1 Small handful of each, pumpkin seeds, chopped walnuts
or pine nuts
- Zest of one small lemon
- 1 Tsp. agave nectar
Cut off the top of the apples and core them with a melon
baller. In a bowl, mix dried fruits seeds, and nuts of choice
with lemon zest, agave, and the apple left-overs. Fill apples
and bake at 425F for 10 minutes
