Candida, or an
overgrowth of yeast and mold, is very common in individuals.
Getting rid of it usually reguires a strict yeast-free diet
with herbal supplements. Because carbohydrates and sugars
feed the yeast, it is very important to stay away from all
sugars, grains and yeast containing products; yeast can
double in as little as 15 minutes. For at least a full month,
make sure that your diet consists of vegetable, proteins,
and fat -- no carbohydrates!
What is Candida? It’s a yeast organism that normally
lives in the mouth, on your skin and in your intestinal
tract. In women, it can also live in the vagina. It is estimated
that over 90% of U.S population has some degree of Candida
overgrowth.
