A core training workout, this video is a combination of pilates, yoga, Alexander technique, strength training, and more. Get ready to stretch and strengthen your muscles. We elongate your muscles and then strengthen them while they are as long as can be. Build strength from the inside out. You'll feel taller and stronger, yet pooped from a tough workout. Emphasis is placed on the muscles that support your posture; hips, low back and of course, abdominals. So, improve your flexibility and realign yourself with this challenging workout.

This workout is a combination of Pilates, Yoga, IM=X, the Alexander Technique and Strength Trainign. The exercises are on back rehabilitation and postural training.
