density starts withering away by 1-2% each year and 3-5%

Eat more calcium-rich foods – low
fat dairy, broccoli, spinach, kale, bok choy, tofu, almonds.
Perform weight-bearing exercise 3x week.
Limit caffeine, smoking, alcohol. All of
these deplete your calcium reserves.
