Almost all foods
we typically eat leave an acidic residue in the body. It's
good to eat veggies with your proteins and to limit the
amount of protein-rich foods and high carbohydrate and processed
foods you eat. Bacteria, viruses, infections and cancer
can ONLY live in acidic environments!!! The more alkaline
your pH is, the more oxygen is in your system. We get oxygen
from fruits, veggies, and water, primarily. This is the
reason for a huge surge in oxygen bars, oxygen rich water
and greens vitamins - to boost the oxygen in the bloodstream
and tissues. When your pH is more alkaline, you actually
feel wonderful. When your pH is acidic for a long time,
your intelligent body will try to balance pH on it's own
by pulling minerals OUT of your bones to neutralize the
acid...this can lead to osteoperosis and other bone problem.
Test your pH with a pH tape. It’s so easy and inexpensive
at $10 a roll, which will last about 6 months! All you need
to do is get one drop of urine on the tape and see what
color the tapes turns!
