If you have severe PMS symptoms, take a close look at your diet. The symptoms you feel are mostly your liver's inability to process and eliminate toxins that accumlates in your fatty cells such as your ovaries. If you're on medication or birth control pills, the chemicals add to the liver's stress.

To alleviate PMS - try the following:

  1. Eat balanced meals/ snacks every 3- 4 hours.
