Balance Your Hormones: Prevent Breast and Prostate Cancer

Estrogens are critical in overall hormone balance for both men and women. They are involved in:

  • bone formation and maintenance
  • protecting the heart
  • influence behavior and mood

However, due to our Standard American Diet (i.e. highly processed foods, animal products injected with hormones) and excessive use of plastics many people have too many estrogens in their body. When this excess estrogen is not metabolized correctly it can cause:

Extreme PMS (bloating, irritability, cramping)

  • Menopausal symptoms (hot flashes)
  • Oxidation of free radicals
  • Breast and Prostate cancer

You can remove the excess estrogens and balance your hormones by participating in our detox program (two times a year). You will:

  • Most likely lose weight
  • Alleviate PMS (bloating, severe cramps, moodiness)
  • Reduce hot flashes
  • Ease Joint and Muscle Pain
  • Gain overall sense of well-being (mentally and physically)

Our detoxification program includes both supplements and dietary guidelines to maximize your results.
Include the following in your everyday diet:

Fiber: Eat adequate plant and fruit fiber every day. Fiber can bind to estrogen and prevent recirculation. Fiber also influences healthy intestinal bacteria.

Fats: A proper balance among types and amount of dietary fats can prevent cancer. Breast cancer cells exposed to EPA promotes detoxification down the correct pathway. Focus on extra-virgin olive oil, avocados, and raw nuts.

Protein: Ensure adequate protein intake with every meal to encourage the binding of SHBG with estrogens; thus reducing the estrogens from binding to reproductive tissues.

Cruciferous Vegetables: Add broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and brussel sprouts to your everyday diet to encourage complete detoxification of estrogens.

Soy Isoflavones: Eat organic, non-gmo tofu, tempeh, and miso.

Some natural supplements we recommend are:

Estro Detox and Prostate Complex
