Julie
Feldman Eltman is the founder and head nutritionist
at Creative Nutrition
& Wellness.
She is a national leader
in multi-disciplinary, holistic nutrition for men,
women, kids & infants, using evidence-based, scientific
treatment across the spectrum of Western & Complementary
medicine.
Her goal is to help you get healthy and heal your
body - one step at a time. “We’re all
at different stages of change and readiness to make
changes, so I provide information for each level.”
Julie takes the confusing and conflicting information
you hear everyday and tells you the TRUTH - in simple,
easy to understand layman's terms. Julie's goal is
to educate you, the consumer, so you can make educated,
informed decisions about your health, nutrition, vitamins,
medications and exercise.
Julie's expertise is in Naturopathic and Anti-Aging
Medicine & Nutrition. She also specializes in
back care, flexibility, Nutrition for infertility,
pregnancy, and postnatal, as well as infant nutrition.
Julie has a lot of experience working with digestive
problems (IBS) as well as dealing with those ‘undiagnosed’
problems. Many of Julie’s clients have seen
top specialists in their field of medicine, with little
or no success – but found drastic improvements
once they began to work with Julie or her team of
Cutting Edge Nutritionists. A
recent cutting edge lab test revealed Julie’s
cells are only that of an 18 year old!
Julie is a frequent contributor to Shape Magazine,

GQ, Men's Fitness, Cooking Light, and Marie Claire
have all relied on Julie for her expert opinions in
exercise and nutrition. Julie's following grew when

Julie has been a health and fitness professional
for the past 23 years. Julie is a student of Nithya
Meditation & yoga, practicing and reaching Bliss
every day.
Julie is a expert in the nutrition, exercise and
wellness world. Her formal education includes a
Masters degree in public health, nutrition and exercise
physiology (from UNC Chapel Hill), and an undergraduate
degree in communications and business (from SUNY
Albany, cum laude). Beyond the classroom, her continuing
education, training, and experience in the health
world have made her an expert in the most progressive
therapies to truly bring health and vitality back
to a person, through natural methods that heal the
body through nutrition, vitamins, herbs, and energy
medicine.

Healthy Meals in 5 Minutes. Her ideas
and quick meals she's shared with thousands of happy
clients are all in this book, in addition to five
